Carman Wellness Connections

Announcement:

Right to Housing.

The Right to Housing Coalition is launching a new campaign calling on the Manitoba government to ensure investments in social housing meet the unique needs of women and gender-diverse people.
Women and gender-diverse people face some of the highest risks of housing insecurity and homelessness due to lower incomes, gender-based violence, discrimination in the rental market, and caregiving responsibilities. Yet Manitoba’s housing funding model does not consistently plan for or fund housing that responds to these realities.
